1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PingPanda ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PingPanda is an event monitoring service that sends notifications to Discord. We provide API access and a dashboard for managing event categories and monitoring event delivery.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API key. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Our PRO plan is available for a one-time payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing PRO plan holders.

5. Usage Limits and Quotas

Free plan users are limited to 50 events per month and 2 event categories. PRO plan users have access to 1,000 events per month and 10 event categories. We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send spam, malicious content, or unsolicited messages
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PingPanda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingPanda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
